Happy New Year

"Well, another year is here. I can't believe how quickly 2007 passed by. It has been a wonderful, momentous year. My little granddaughter Riley joined us, my mother came to live with us, my son finished his cook's apprenticeship and my daughter went back to school giving me the opportunity to take care of little Riley. I am loving it all!

Wishing our whole world a Happy New Year and hoping that 2008 is a good year for everyone. I know it will be if we all treat everyone with the love and respect they deserve, regardless of their skin, their sex, their religion or their nationality," I whisper.
